Just wanted to start throwing in some words of thanks…There is no way a theatre can survive without its audience, but we also need the generous gifts of time, talent, and treasure to get by.

I thought it might be interesting to turn the conversation over to you..
What do you want to know about us? What are some shows you might like to see performed by our company in the future? What do you want out of a professional theatre here in Lafayette? So I am thrilled to be able to share the poster design for our upcoming production of Doubt. Our Associate Artistic Director and the Director of the show, Garland Theriot, created this little beauty. Trust me, once you see the show, you will get exactly what is going on as far as the poster goes. I am truly proud of Garland and of this design and hope you love it as much as I do.

oh..wait..you thought we had disapeared, didnt you? Thursday, Aug 4 2011

Ok so here we go..no explaining…no excuses…but it has been a LONG time coming and we are finally here.

We are so pleased to announce that our first mainstage production will be have a limited engagement on September 9th and 10th at the Bayou Bijou Theatre on the campus of U.L. Lafayette.
WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION STEVEN?!?! Well..its John Patrick Shanley’s brilliant show Doubt. And we could not be more thrilled. Rehearsals are underway, production meetings and planning sessions are being held, and the process is rolling along.
I will be announcing the cast over the course of the next few days, so make sure you check back. We cant wait to see you at the theatre. Start checking back often. I promise, it will be worth it!
